Trend & Style Research: This project explores the Modern Afro-Bohemian aesthetic, blending contemporary minimalism with traditional artisan textures. The research focuses on "grounded luxury," utilizing a palette of terracotta, mustard, and sage paired with geometric patterns inspired by West African Mudcloth. The resulting moodboard captures a sophisticated, free-spirited trend that prioritizes organic forms and cultural heritage.

Animation & Technical Execution: The animation was developed in Adobe After Effects using a multi-plane parallax technique to create depth within a 2D space. I utilized a carousel-motion system for character transitions, applying custom grain shaders and texture overlays to achieve a tactile, hand-crafted feel. The focus was on rhythmic, secondary motion to ensure the composition felt fluid and organic.
